The Lockport Beautification Committee invites all residents of incorporated Lockport to showcase their landscape and outside décor during the Annual Property Recognition Contest.
Fall Contest: October 1 through November 30 | Winter Contest: November 14 through December 30
Fall and Winter 2020 award recipients will be recognized before the City Council at the Committee of the Whole Meeting on Wednesday, January 6, 2021.
Meetings will begin at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 222 E. 9th Street, 3rd Floor Board Room, Lockport, IL 60441. Award recipients will be contacted by the City in advance.
Winners will be notified by the end of each deadline period. Fall 2020 award recipients will be notified on a rolling basis prior to Monday, December 2, 2020. Winter 2020 award recipients will be notified by Wednesday, December 23. If your application is submitted after these dates but before the deadline, you will be contacted as soon as possible via email regarding the awards recognition.
