The City of Lockport and the Lockport VFW will recognize the accomplishments of men and women who have served in the armed forces with the Lockport Heroes Banner Program. A portion of every sale will benefit the Lockport Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5788.
The Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States is a nonprofit veterans service organization comprised of eligible veterans and military service members from the active, guard and reserve forces.
From Memorial Day to Veterans Day, proudly display your loved one's name, picture, and branch of service on a beautiful double-sided 30"x74" vinyl patriotic banner displayed near City Hall on a street light post. Banners will be given to those who purchased them after they have been displayed if they are still in good condition.
