What hours are contractors permitted to work?

Per City Code (Ord. §93.131) contractors are permitted to perform work on the following days of the week at the following times: 

Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Sunday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
