Will County Health Department
Effective March 26, 2021, Will County has entered Phase 1B+ according to the Will County Health Department (WCHD). The expansion includes residents 16+ years with disabilities or underlying conditions, who were not previously covered in previous eligibility categories in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Phase 1B+
- Persons aged 16 to 64 years with high-risk medical conditions
- Additional identified essential workers
Phase 1B
- Persons aged 65 years and older
- Frontline essential workers
- Incarcerated individuals
Phase 1A
- Long-term care facility residents and staff
- Healthcare personnel
- Hospital settings
- Non-hospital health care
- Other congregate care
